After you’ve secured the birthday cake, chosen the all-important favorite color/superhero/most-beloved-Disney-princess theme, your next step is coming up with an easy, fun craft to entertain the party guests. And if that hands-on activity can also be used to bring delicious snacks to party-goers’ mouths, well, you’ve got yourself a party craft winner!
Presenting: DIY Popcorn Cones 😊
1) Pass out pre-printed patterns for guests to decorate. (Be sure they know where the top will be so they don’t end up with upside-down puppies or sideways ninjas – unless that’s the artistic vision they were going for.) 😉
2) Guests cut out their own triangular-ish cones. Gently roll into cone shapes. Pass around clear tape to secure along the edge.
3) For the final delicious step, fill each cone with yummy, crunchy, amazing gourmet popcorn! Each cone holds about 2 cups of popcorn. Ta-da!
Doc Popcorn’s Big Tin contains 3.5 gallons, giving you plenty of popcorn to fill the cones of 25 birthday partiers, with a bit left over that you can keep in the lidded reusable metal tin for future munching. Or try the Pop Party Pack -- a large bulk-sized bag of scrumptious popcorn -- enough to fill birthday-party cones for 40 mermaids, wizards, or adoring aunties and grandmas.
